Our take
It's a fan item, not an edition of the game. The contents are mostly merchandise (clothing, accessories, décor) with two standout pieces: the Oakley sunglasses and the figurine. For a Rockstar collector, the limited run and one-per-person cap may make it sought-after. For a player, €399.99 is five times the price of the game: the money is better spent on the game itself, or even on the Ultimate Edition.
