2. Data collected
We only collect data that is strictly necessary:
- Contact form: email address, subject and content of the message you choose to send us. This information goes directly to our mailbox through your email client and is not stored on our servers.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics): only if you have given your consent via the cookie banner. The data collected is anonymized and includes: pages visited, session duration, device type, connection country. No information that could personally identify you is transmitted to Google.
- Community interactive map: if you suggest a location or vote on the interactive map, we store the content of your submission (title, description, category, position) and a randomly generated anonymous identifier stored in your browser (localStorage), used only to prevent multiple votes on the same location. No account is required, and this identifier is not linked to any information that could personally identify you.

This site uses two types of cookies:
Functional (essential) cookies

Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics)

5. Retention period
- Messages received by email: kept for as long as needed to process your request, up to a maximum of 3 years.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics 4's default setting).
- Consent cookie: until manually cleared by the user.
- Location submissions and votes on the interactive map: kept for as long as the map is active; the anonymous voting identifier can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR (art. 15 to 22), you have the following rights:
- Access : obtain a copy of the data concerning you.
- Rectification : correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure : request the deletion of your data.
- Objection : object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent : at any time, with no retroactive effect.

7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Messages sent via the contact form go directly through your email client to our email address, with no intermediate storage on our servers.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated at any time. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in effect. Any substantial change will be flagged to you via a banner on the site.
